How to Void a Same-Day Transaction in Syncrostore

Important: Transactions can only be voided on the same day they occurred. If the day has passed, you must process a return instead.

Step 1: Navigate to the Transaction Details page for the transaction.

Step 2: Press the "Void" button at the top of the page.

The transaction will be voided and reversed.
