Dual Pricing on Labels

The Include Dual Pricing option in Print Options controls whether your labels display both a cash discount price and a base price, or only the base price.

How Dual Pricing Affects Your Labels

Setting What prints on the label
Enabled (checked) Cash discount price and base price
Disabled (unchecked) Base price only

Configuring Dual Pricing

  1. Open Print Options from the top of the Inventory page.
  2. Check or uncheck the Include Dual Pricing option based on your store's needs.
  3. Proceed to select your items and print.
Important: If your store has dual pricing enabled, you must leave Include Dual Pricing selected. This ensures your labels comply with applicable dual pricing laws.
