Setting Your Initial Password

  1. Check Your Inbox: Once your store administrator adds you as a new user, the system automatically sends you an account setup email.

  2. Access the Setup Link: Open that email and click the provided setup link.

  3. Enter Your Password: Type your desired password into both required fields.

    Note: These entries must match exactly to proceed.

  4. Finalize: Press the Submit button to save your new credentials.

Finalizing Your Activation

After you submit your password, the system will send a second email to confirm your address.

  • Open the confirmation email.

  • Click the link that says Confirm.

  • You are now ready to log in via your assigned Syncrostore domain or the mobile app.

Common Troubleshooting & Tips

  • Email Not Arriving? Have your administrator double-check that your email was spelled correctly and that no extra spaces were included at the beginning or end of the address.

  • Administrator Settings: Confirm with your admin that they checked the Send Account Setup Email checkbox when they created your account.

  • Wait for Yahoo: If you use Yahoo, be aware that their domain often defers these emails; it may take a few hours to arrive.

  • Don't Bookmark the Setup Link: The link sent to set your password is for one-time use only. Do not use it to try and access the website later; your administrator will provide you with your specific login domain.
