Troubleshooting: Vendor Account Setup Email Not Received

If you have not received the account setup email from Syncrostore, check the following with your administrator:

  1. Verify Email Accuracy Ask your administrator to confirm they:

    • Spelled your email address correctly.

    • Did not include any spaces at the beginning or end of your email when entering it.

  2. Check the Invitation Checkbox Your administrator must check the "Send Account Setup Email" checkbox when creating your account. If this was missed, they can open your user profile, check the box, and press "Save" to resend it.
  3. Check Your Spam/Junk Folder Some email providers (especially Yahoo) may defer or filter Syncrostore emails. Check your spam or junk folder.
  4. Wait Before Contacting Support Email delivery can occasionally be delayed by certain email domains. If you have not received the email after a few hours, contact Syncrostore support for assistance

    Important: Do not use the password setup link to try to access the website. Your administrator will provide you with the correct login domain.
