What “Payments” Means
This total includes any payments already made toward the transaction (such as partial payments).
Why Cash and Credit Amount Due Can Differ
If Amount Due (Cash) and Amount Due (Credit) differ, Dual Pricing is enabled in your store.
Tax Exempt Checkbox
The tax exempt checkbox will not apply unless you have selected a Tax Exempt customer.
