Syncrostore POS Manual Item: Add a Product Not in Inventory
Use Manual Item in Syncrostore POS to sell items not in inventory by entering Vendor ID, Description, Price, and Quantity—then click Add.
When to Use Manual Item
Use + Manual Item when you need to sell something that is not in inventory.
How to Add a Manual Item

Open the Actions menu

Click + Manual Item

Enter:

Vendor ID
-
Description
-
Price
-
Quantity
-
-
Click Add Item
The manual item appears in the line item grid like any other item.
Important Notes

Manual Items are best used sparingly (for exceptions)

If the item should be tracked long-term, add it to Inventory instead
