Understanding the Syncrostore POS Line Item Grid (Vendor ID, Credit Price, Discounts)

Learn what each column means in the Syncrostore POS line item grid, including Vendor ID, Price vs Credit Price, subtotals, and discounts.

What the Line Item Grid Shows

Each row represents a line item in the transaction. Common columns include:

  • Vendor ID

  • Item ID

  • Quantity

  • Description

  • Price

  • Credit Price

  • Subtotal

  • Credit Subtotal

  • Discount

Price vs Credit Price

If your store has Dual Pricing enabled, you may see:

  • Price (cash/base price)

  • Credit Price (credit-adjusted price)

Editing Items in the Grid

You can click into:

  • Price

  • Quantity

  • Description

Changes are not saved until you click “Update All.”
