How to Print Labels for Variants in Inventory

If your item has variants (such as size, color, or other attributes), Syncrostore allows you to quickly print barcode labels for those variants directly from the Inventory page. This guide will walk you through the steps.

Step 1: Go to the Inventory Page

Log in to Syncrostore and navigate to the Inventory page from the main menu.

Step 2: Find the Item with Variants

Use the search bar or browse your inventory to locate the item that contains variants.

Examples of variants may include:

  • Different sizes

  • Different colors

  • Different conditions

  • Different attributes associated with the same parent product

Step 3: Select the Item

Once you find the item:

  1. Use the selection checkbox next to the item.

  2. This will activate the Command Bar options at the top of the page.

Step 4: Choose Print Options

From the Command Bar:

  1. Click Print Options

  2. Select your label format

  3. Click Print Barcodes

Step 5: Confirm Label Quantity

A prompt will appear allowing you to set how many labels should be printed.

  • Adjust the number of labels if needed.

  • When you're ready, click Print Barcodes again to send the labels to your printer.

Tips

  • Make sure the correct label format is selected for your printer.

  • If an item has multiple variants, ensure the correct variant is selected before printing.

  • Label quantities can be adjusted before sending the print job.
