Overview
If you sell items with multiple variations—such as sizes or colors—you can print barcode labels for each variant directly in Syncrostore. The system automatically pulls the correct quantities and helps identify each variant on the label.
Step 1: Select the Item with Variants
Locate the inventory item that contains variants (example: a T-shirt with multiple sizes or colors).
- Click on the item to open it
- Confirm that variants are set up correctly
Step 2: Choose the Correct Label Format
Click Print Options and verify your label setup:
- Select the correct label size
- If your store uses dual pricing:
- Choose a label format that includes dual pricing
- Do not select a “No Dual Pricing” label
Step 3: Print Variant Labels
- Click Print Barcodes
- Review the print preview screen
Syncrostore will automatically:
- Pull in each variant
- Populate the quantity to print based on inventory levels
- Click Print Selected
Your labels will generate for each variant
How Variants Appear on Labels
Each label includes part of the variant description so you can identify it easily.
For example:
- “Bl ME” for Black Medium
- “Re LA” for Red Large
This allows you to quickly match labels to the correct items when tagging inventory
