How to Void a Payment Before a Transaction Is Completed

Step 1: Navigate to the Payments tab on the POS.

Step 2: Find the payment you want to remove.

Step 3: Press "Void" on that payment's row.

The payment will be removed from the transaction. Make sure to return any cash or checks for payments voided this way — all other refund mechanisms are handled internally by the system.
