How to View the Time Clock Summary Report for All Employees
Step 1: Navigate to Admin → Reports → Time Clock Report.
Step 2: The Summary View displays by default, showing an overview for each employee:
- Login — Employee's email address
- Employee Name — Full name
- Days Worked — Distinct days worked in the period
- Completed Shifts — Shifts with both clock-in and clock-out recorded
- Active Shifts — Currently clocked-in shifts
- Total Hours — Total hours worked
- Avg Hours/Shift — Average hours per completed shift
- First Clock In / Last Activity — Earliest and most recent time clock events
Use the date range filter and presets to narrow results to specific pay periods.
