How to View the Time Clock Summary Report for All Employees

Step 1: Navigate to Admin → Reports → Time Clock Report.

Step 2: The Summary View displays by default, showing an overview for each employee:

  • Login — Employee's email address
  • Employee Name — Full name
  • Days Worked — Distinct days worked in the period
  • Completed Shifts — Shifts with both clock-in and clock-out recorded
  • Active Shifts — Currently clocked-in shifts
  • Total Hours — Total hours worked
  • Avg Hours/Shift — Average hours per completed shift
  • First Clock In / Last Activity — Earliest and most recent time clock events

Use the date range filter and presets to narrow results to specific pay periods.
