How to View a Customer's Loyalty Point History

Step 1: Navigate to the Customers page and open the customer's profile.

Step 2: In the Loyalty Information section, press "View History."

Step 3: The Loyalty Point History Grid will appear, showing the complete record of point purchases (earnings) and redemptions for this customer, including dates, amounts, and reasons.
