How to Validate a Payment Terminal Connection in Syncrostore
After configuring a payment terminal in Preferences:
Step 1: On the Payment Terminals tab, ensure all fields are filled in correctly.
Step 2: Press the "Validate" button.
Step 3: The system will attempt to communicate with the terminal. If the connection is successful, the status field will display "Validated."
If validation fails, double-check the Device ID, Serial Number, and Payment Provider settings. You may also need to contact support for further troubleshooting.
