How to Use Quick Inventory for Rapid Quantity Updates

Desktop Only:

Step 1: Press the "Quick Inventory" button on the Inventory page to open the streamlined update tool.

Step 2: Scan the item's barcode, or manually enter the item's identifier.

Step 3: Enter the new quantity and the cost of the item.

Step 4: Press "Update" to save the changes.

Repeat for as many items as needed. This tool is designed for rapid stock-taking and inventory replenishment workflows.
