How to Switch Between Multiple Stores as a Cashier in Syncrostore

If you work at multiple store locations and your administrator has granted you multi-store access, you can switch between stores within Syncrostore.

Step 1: Locate the Store Name After logging in, look at the top of the screen for the button showing your current store name.

Step 2: View Available Stores Click the store name button. You will see a list of stores your administrator has added you to.

Step 3: Switch Stores Press "Select" next to the store you would like to switch to. You will be navigated to that store's home page.

Important Notes:

  • When logging in, you will always be logged into the last store you logged out of. Check the store name at the top of the screen to confirm you are in the correct location.
  • If you do not see multiple stores, ask your administrator to add you to additional stores using the Multi-Store Settings in Preferences.
