How to Set Up Your Syncrostore Cashier Account
1. Creating Your Password

Check Your Email: Once your administrator adds you as a new user, you will receive an automated email to set up your account.

Click the Setup Link: Open the email and click the link provided to be taken to the password creation page.

Enter Your New Password: Type your chosen password into both fields on the screen.

Verify the Match: Ensure the passwords in both fields match exactly.

Submit: Press the Submit button to save your credentials.
2. Confirming Your Email

Watch for the Confirmation: After setting your password, a second email will be sent to your inbox.

Click Confirm: Open this second email and click the link that says Confirm.

Access the POS: You can now log in to your assigned Syncrostore domain or open the app to begin your work.
3. Troubleshooting Common Setup Issues
If you don't see your setup email within a few minutes, check the following with your manager:

Spelling and Spaces: Ensure your administrator spelled your email correctly and did not include any accidental spaces at the beginning or end of the address.

Invite Checkbox: Confirm the Send Account Setup Email checkbox was selected during your account creation.

Domain Delays: Some email providers (like Yahoo) may take a few hours to deliver the confirmation; contact support if it takes longer than a few hours.

Login Domain: Do not use the password setup link to try to access the website for daily use; use the specific login domain provided by your administrator instead.
