How to Set Up ACH Direct Deposit for Vendors via Stripe

Syncrostore integrates with Stripe to provide vendors with automatic ACH (direct deposit) settlement payments. Syncrostore does not handle or see your payment details at any point.

Before You Begin: Confirm with your store administrator that they have set up ACH payments for the store and that their Stripe account has been verified.

How to Set Up Direct Deposit:

  1. Click the User Icon at the top of the screen and select "Profile."
  2. Scroll to the "ACH Settlements" section.
  3. Press "Setup Direct Deposit."
  4. You will be redirected to Stripe's website to complete the account verification and connection.

Important Notes:

  • Depending on the verification method you choose, it may take a few days for Stripe to verify your account.
  • ACH payments take up to 3–5 business days to arrive, which is standard in the banking industry. Syncrostore has no control over transfer timing.
