How to Set Up a Customer as a Tax-Exempt Reseller

Step 1: Navigate to the Customers page and open the customer's profile.

Step 2: In the Reseller Information section (or when creating a new customer), check the "Is Reseller?" checkbox.

Step 3: Fill out the relevant Tax Information fields, including tax ID and business information. This is important for your administrator's tax reporting.

Step 4: Press "Save."

When this customer is added to a POS transaction, tax will automatically not be applied to their purchase.
