How to Set Points Earned Per Dollar and Dollar Value Per Point
In Preferences > Loyalty Program tab:
- Points Earned Per Dollar — The number of loyalty points a customer earns for each dollar spent. Example: A value of 1 means a $10 purchase earns 10 points.
- Dollar Value Per Point — The cash value of each loyalty point when redeemed. Example: $0.01 per point means 100 points are worth $1.00.
These two settings define the core economics of your loyalty program. Adjust them to balance customer incentives with your store's profitability.
