How to Set a Custom Commission Rate for a Specific Vendor

By default, all vendors are subject to the store-wide commission rate set in Preferences. However, you can override this for individual vendors.

How to Set a Custom Rate:

  1. Navigate to the Vendors page.
  2. Click "Edit" on the vendor's row to open their Vendor Details page.
  3. Locate the Custom Commission Rate field.
  4. Enter the custom percentage for this vendor.
  5. Press "Save."

This gives you the flexibility to negotiate different commission rates with different vendors based on your business arrangements.
