How to Send an Account Setup Invitation to a Vendor

When adding a new vendor, check the "Send Invite to Create Account?" checkbox before saving. The vendor will receive an email with instructions to set up their password.

If You Need to Resend:

  1. Navigate to the Vendors page.
  2. Click "Edit" on the vendor's row.
  3. Check the "Send Invite to Create Account?" checkbox.
  4. Press "Save."

We recommend leaving this checked during initial vendor creation so they can get started right away.
