How to Select the Correct Variant When Scanning a Multi-Variant Item

When you scan or look up an item that has multiple variants in the system, a variant selection popup will appear.

The popup displays the available variants with their attribute values (e.g., "Color: Blue, Size: M").

To select: Cross-reference the attribute values printed on the item's barcode label with those shown in the popup. Press the correct variant to add it to the transaction.

Tip: When barcode labels are printed for variant items, the attribute values are included on the label to help cashiers identify the correct variant.
