How to Search and Filter Inventory by Category, Status, and Keywords

A filter bar sits above the card grid and persists as you scroll through long inventory lists.

Searching: Type in the search box and press Enter or click the Search button. This searches across Description, SKU, and Item ID.

Filtering: Use the dropdown filters for:

• Category and Subcategory — Populated dynamically based on the current vendor's inventory.
• In Store status — Filter by whether items are physically in the store.
• Published status — Filter by TrinketVault publication status.
• Sort order — Change how items are ordered.

Active filters are highlighted with a blue border for easy identification.
