How to Reset a Stuck Payment Terminal from the POS

If your payment terminal becomes stuck or unresponsive:

Press the "Reset Terminal" button on the POS.

Important: Do NOT click Reset Terminal if the transaction has not completed on your POS screen. Only use this when the terminal is genuinely stuck.

The system has built-in mechanisms to prevent charging a customer twice for the same amount, so if the customer was already charged successfully, the POS will not allow the exact amount to be charged again.
