How to Redeem Loyalty Points as Payment on the POS

Prerequisites: The customer must be added to the transaction, and your store must have the Loyalty Program enabled.

Step 1: Verify the customer's available points on their Customer Card at the bottom right of the screen.

Step 2: If the point value meets or exceeds the minimum redemption amount set by your store, the "Redeem Points" button will be active.

Step 3: Press "Redeem Points."

Step 4: Enter the number of points the customer would like to redeem. The dollar value will be shown below.

Step 5: Press "Apply Payment."
