How to Record a No Sale (Opening the Drawer Without a Transaction)

A No Sale is used when you need to open the cash drawer for a reason other than a transaction.

On the Cash Drawer Management page, simply press the "No Sale" button. This will record that the drawer was opened without a corresponding transaction.

No additional information is required — the system automatically logs the event.
