How to Process a Full Refund vs. Partial Return

Full Refund: Check the "Full Refund" checkbox on the Return page. This automatically selects all items and returns the entire transaction amount.

Partial Return: Instead of checking Full Refund, press "Select" next to only the specific items being returned. The return amount will update to reflect only the selected items.

Both options work with cash returns, credit returns, and gift card returns.
