How to Preview Rent Charges Before Committing Them

After clicking "Preview Rent" on the Rent page, a popup displays a grid of all pending rent charges.

The Preview Grid Shows:

  • Vendor ID
  • Vendor Name
  • Space ID
  • Base Rent Amount

What You Can Do:

  • Review each vendor's rent charge for accuracy.
  • If a vendor moved in mid-month and you allow proration, the system may automatically calculate a prorated amount.
  • If everything looks correct, proceed to commit the charges.

Adjustments made during preview only affect this specific rent generation — they do not change the vendor's base rent configuration.
