How to Navigate the Vendor Dashboard in Syncrostore

The Vendor Dashboard is your default landing page and central location for getting an overview of your business within the store.

What You'll Find on the Dashboard:

  • Activity Feed — See recent sales, rent payments, and other events related to your account.
  • Sales & Revenue Charts — Visual charts showing your sales and revenue over time.
  • Statistics Cards — Quick numerical summaries of key business metrics. Click the blue hyperlink on any card for more detail.
  • Current Balance — Shows how much your admin owes you (positive balance) or how much you owe them (negative balance, usually from rent).
  • SyncroAI Notes — Optional suggestions from SyncroAI to help you manage your business.

Multiple Booths: If you have multiple booths in a single store, use the dropdown at the top of the screen to switch between vendor data views. This reloads the page with the selected booth's data.
