How to Mark Items as Printed Without Printing Labels

Every inventory card has a "Mark Printed" button in the action bar.

• A hollow checkmark indicates the item has not been printed.
• A filled checkmark indicates it has been printed.

Press this button to manually toggle the printed status in the database without generating physical labels. This is useful if labels were printed outside the system or if you need to correct the printed flag.
