Understanding Print Status in inventory
Every inventory card has a "Mark Printed" button in the action bar.
- A hollow checkmark indicates the item has not been printed.
- A filled checkmark indicates it has been printed.

Press this button to manually toggle the printed status in the database without generating physical labels. This is useful if labels were printed outside the system or if you need to correct the printed flag.
Printing labels will mark items that where not printed as printed,
Note: There is not a way to bulk check the print status, other than printing the items
Updating an inventory item will then mark it as not printed, incase you changed information that may be displayed on the tag.
When selecting items to print labels, we ignore the printed vs not printed tag so you can reprint labels that have already been printed, incase one was miss-printed or a tag fell off of an item.
Within the inventory you can also sort by print status at the top of the page to sort by items that have not been printed for ease of use.
- This is useful if you update several items and want to print labels for all the ones you have updated, then you can filter by "Not Printed" and hit Print labels. Quick side tip: Not selecting any items to print before hand will select all items that are in view.
