How to Manually Add or Redeem Loyalty Points for a Customer

Step 1: Navigate to the Customers page and open the customer's profile.

Step 2: Scroll to the Loyalty Information section (requires the Loyalty Program to be enabled).

To Add Points:

1. Press "Add Points."
2. Enter the number of points to add.
3. Enter a reason for the adjustment.
4. Press "Save."

To Redeem Points:

1. Press "Redeem Points."
2. Enter the number of points to deduct.
3. Enter the reason for the adjustment.
4. Press "Save."
