How to Manage TrinketVault Orders and Fulfillment in Syncrostore

When a customer purchases an item on TrinketVault, the order is automatically sent to Syncrostore via the API.

What happens automatically:

1. The system validates the order and checks inventory availability.
2. Local inventory quantity is decremented.
3. The sale is recorded in the appropriate vendor's ledger.
4. The order status is updated back to TrinketVault.

Viewing Orders: You can view TrinketVault orders alongside regular in-store transactions on the Transactions and Ledger pages.

Notifications: Both you and the vendor who made the sale will receive an email notification when a product is ordered on TrinketVault.
