How to Log In to Syncrostore as a Vendor for the First Time

After completing your account setup and email confirmation, you are ready to log in.

Step 1: Get Your Login URL Your store administrator will provide you with the correct Syncrostore domain URL for your store. Do not use the link from the setup email to access the site.

Step 2: Enter Your Credentials

  • Enter the email address associated with your account.
  • Enter the password you created during the setup process.

Step 3: Access the Vendor Dashboard After logging in, you will be taken to your Vendor Dashboard — your central hub for viewing sales activity, statistics, and your current balance.

Tip: If you are a vendor at multiple store locations, you will be logged into the last store you logged out of. Check the store name displayed at the top of the screen to ensure you are viewing the correct store.
