How to Log In to Syncrostore as a Vendor for the First Time
Step 1: Accept Your Vendor Invitation
Your store administrator will send you a vendor invitation email from Syncrostore.
Open the email and click the invitation link to begin setting up your account.
Step 2: Create Your Account
After clicking the invitation link:
- Create your password
- Complete the account registration process
Once completed, Syncrostore will send a second email asking you to verify your account.
Step 3: Verify Your Email Address
Open the verification email and click Verify My Account.
Your account must be verified before you can log in.
Step 4: Log In to Syncrostore
After verifying your account:
- Navigate to your store’s Syncrostore login page
- Enter your email address
- Enter the password you created during setup
- Click Login
Vendor Dashboard
After logging in, you will be taken to your Vendor Dashboard where you can view:
- Sales activity
- Inventory information
- Current balance
- Vendor reports and statistics
Multi-Store Vendors
If you have access to multiple stores, Syncrostore will log you into the last store you previously accessed. Always verify the store name shown at the top of the screen to ensure you are viewing the correct location.
