How to Fill Out the Vendor Information Form When Adding a Vendor

When adding a new vendor, complete the following fields:

  • Vendor ID — A unique identifier for this vendor within your store (typically a number you assign).
  • Vendor Name — The vendor's full name or display name.
  • Business Name — The name of the vendor's business (if applicable).
  • Email — The vendor's email address for account setup, notifications, and settlements.
  • Phone — Contact phone number.
  • Address, City, State, Zip — Mailing address.
