How to Enable TrinketVault and Send an Item to the Online Marketplace

Prerequisites:

  • Your store owner must have TrinketVault enabled for the store.
  • Your item must have at least one image uploaded.
  • You must select a TrinketVault category.

Step 1: On the TrinketVault tab of the product creation or editing page, check the "Send to TrinketVault" checkbox.

Step 2: Select a TrinketVault Category from the dropdown.

Step 3: (Optional) Add tags, subcategories, and a description to improve search visibility.

Step 4: Save your item. The system will sync it to TrinketVault automatically.

You will see sync status messages: "Beginning sync with TrinketVault..." followed by confirmation on success.
