How to Enable and Configure the Customer Loyalty Program

Step 1: Navigate to Preferences > Loyalty Program tab.

Step 2: Check "Enable Loyalty Program" to activate it for your store.

Step 3: Configure the settings:

• Points Earned Per Dollar — Points a customer earns for each dollar spent.
• Points Rounding Method — Standard Rounding, Always Round Up, or Always Round Down.
• Dollar Value Per Point — Cash value of each point when redeemed (e.g., $0.01 means 100 points = $1.00).
• Minimum Points to Redeem — Minimum points required before redemption is allowed.
• Points Expire After (Months) — Set to 0 for points that never expire.
• Exclude Sale Items — Don't earn points on sale items.
• Exclude Discounted Items — Don't earn points on discounted items.
• Deduct Points On Returns — Remove earned points when a transaction is returned.

Step 4: Click "Save Settings."
