How to Edit an Existing User's Role and Permissions

Step 1: Navigate to the Users page from the Admin menu.

Step 2: Find the user in the grid and click the Edit (pencil icon) button on their row.

Step 3: The Add User form will open, pre-populated with the user's current information. You can update:

  • Name, email, and profile picture
  • Role (Permission level)
  • Vendor association

Step 4: Press "Save" to finalize changes.

Important: After role changes, the user will need to log out and log back in for the changes to take effect.
