How to Deactivate an Active Discount in Syncrostore

To manually deactivate a discount:

1. Open the Discount Settings popup from the Inventory page header.
2. In the active discounts grid, locate the discount you want to remove.
3. Click the delete button on its row.

The discount will be deactivated immediately and will no longer apply at the POS.

Automatic expiration: If an expiration date was set when the discount was created, the discount will end automatically on that date without any action required.
