How to Customize Admin Notification Alert Types

After enabling your preferred notification channels (in-app, email, or push), you can customize exactly which events trigger notifications.

How to Customize Alert Types:

  1. Navigate to your Profile page by clicking the User Icon and selecting "Profile."
  2. Scroll to the alert type checkboxes below the notification toggles.
  3. Select or deselect individual event types based on your needs:
    • Sales notifications
    • Rent and settlement events
    • Vendor activity alerts
    • Inventory changes
    • System alerts
  4. Press "Save Notification Settings" when done.

Only the events you select will generate notifications through your enabled channels.
