How to Create Inventory Variants Using Attributes and Values

Variants represent multiple variations of a base product (e.g., a Red and Blue version of the same action figure).

Step 1: On the Variants tab, type the name of an attribute (e.g., "Color," "Size") into the New Attribute field and press "Add."

Step 2: Enter all possible values for the attribute as a comma-separated list (e.g., "Red, Blue, Green").

Step 3: Repeat Steps 1-2 for additional attributes (e.g., add "Size" with values "S, M, L").

Step 4: Press "Generate Variants." The system creates a variant for every combination of attribute values. For example: Color (Blue, Red) × Size (S, M) = 4 variants.

Step 5: Set Price and Quantity for each variant. Each variant can also have its own Cost, Shipping Info, and SKU.
