How to Create a New Customer Directly from the POS
Step 1: On the POS, press the "Add Customer" button.
Step 2: In the popup, enter all fields marked as required (*). We recommend collecting as much information as possible.
Step 3: If the customer would like to receive emails and digital receipts, check "Marketing Opt-In."
Step 4: Press "Add New Customer" to create them and attach them to the current transaction, or "Cancel" to close.
Note: If the customer is a reseller, navigate to the Customers page instead to collect the full reseller tax and business information.
