How to Create a Layaway Transaction in Syncrostore

Prerequisites: A customer must be added to the transaction, and the item must meet the store's minimum layaway price.

Step 1: Select the line item in the POS grid that will be paid for in installments (click it so it appears gray).

Step 2: Press "Layaway Item."

Step 3: In the popup, you'll see the minimum down payment required.

Step 4: Enter the amount the customer would like to pay now in the "Amount to Pay" field. This must be between the minimum down payment and the original price.

Step 5: Press "Apply" to create the layaway.
