How to Configure Store Commission and Card Processing Rates

Navigate to Preferences > Financial tab to configure:

Store Commission:

  • Store Commission — The percentage your store retains from vendor sales. This is automatically deducted when calculating vendor settlements.
  • You can set custom commission rates per vendor in their the Vendor Details page

Card Processing Rates:

  • Card Rate Type — How card processing fees are applied: None, Flat (fixed dollar amount), Percentage, or Both.
  • CC Rate Percentage — The percentage charged on card transactions (used with Percentage or Both).
  • CC Flat Rate — The flat dollar amount charged per card transaction (used with Flat or Both).

Press "Save Settings" to apply.
