How to Configure Space Details: Dimensions, Rent, and Occupancy Dates

Navigate to the Store Mapping page

Double-click on any rental space shape to open the Space Details form.

Available Fields:

• Vendor ID — Assign a vendor to the space.
• Length and Width (in feet) — Physical dimensions. Square footage is calculated automatically.
• Rent Amount — Monthly rent for this space.
• Cost Per Square Foot — Automatically calculated from rent and dimensions.
• Date Available — When the space becomes available.
• Move-In Date — When the vendor moved in.
• Move-Out Date — When the vendor moved or will move out.
• Notice Given — Whether the vendor has provided notice of departure.
• Notes — Additional notes about the space.

Save your changes when complete.
