How to Configure Admin Notifications in Syncrostore

As an administrator, Syncrostore provides robust notification options to keep you informed about everything happening in your store.

How to Configure Notifications:

  1. Click the User Icon at the top of the screen and select "Profile."
  2. Scroll down to the "Notification" settings section.
  3. Enable the notification types you prefer:
    • In-App Notifications — Quick updates in the upper right corner of the screen.
    • Email Notifications — Detailed messages sent to your email (recommended for the most comprehensive experience).
    • Push Notifications — System-level alerts on Windows or Android devices (not available for Apple devices).
  4. Press "Save Notification Settings" to apply.

As an admin, you have access to a broader set of alert types than vendors, including sales notifications, rent and settlement events, vendor activity alerts, inventory changes, and system alerts.
