How to Complete a Cash Payment on the POS
Step 1: After adding all line items, press "Cash" in the payment options.
Step 2: Enter the amount of cash the customer is paying in the "Amount to Pay" field.
Step 3: Watch the "Change Due" field — it updates dynamically to show how much change you owe.
Step 4: Press "Apply Payment" to finalize, or "Apply Payment and Print Receipt" to also print a receipt.
The transaction will complete automatically once the payment total meets or exceeds the amount owed.
