How to Change the Quantity of a Line Item on the POS

Method 1 — Inline Editing (Multiple Items):

1. Click the quantity field of the item in the Line Items grid.
2. Enter the new value and press Enter (the field turns green).
3. Repeat for additional items.
4. Click "Update All" at the bottom of the screen to lock in all changes.

Method 2 — Single Item:

1. Click the item in the Line Items grid to select it (appears gray).
2. Press "Change Quantity."
3. Enter the new quantity.
4. Press "Apply."

Totals will update automatically.
