How to Adjust Individual Vendor Rent Amounts During Preview

During the Rent Preview stage, you can modify individual vendor rent amounts before committing.

How to Adjust:

  1. In the Rent Preview popup, locate the vendor whose rent you need to adjust.
  2. Modify the rent amount directly in the grid for that vendor's row.
  3. This adjustment only applies to this specific rent generation — it does not change the vendor's base rent amount configured in their space details.

Use Cases:

  • Prorating rent for a vendor who moved in mid-month.
  • Providing a one-time discount or special arrangement.
  • Adjusting for lease modifications agreed upon outside the system.

Once all adjustments are made, proceed to commit the rent charges.
