How to Add and Configure a Payment Terminal in Syncrostore Preferences
Step 1: Navigate to Preferences from the Admin menu and go to the Payment Terminals tab.
Step 2: Leave the Payment Terminals dropdown blank to create a new terminal, or select an existing one to edit.
Step 3: Configure the following fields:
- Name — A friendly name (e.g., "Register 1").
- Payment Provider — The provider type (e.g., Integrated, Datacap).
- Cash Register Number — The register this terminal is associated with.
- Device ID — The hardware device identifier.
- Serial Number — The terminal's serial number (required for Integrated terminals).
Step 4: Press "Validate" to verify the connection. If successful, the status will show "Validated."
Step 5: Press "Save" to save the terminal configuration.
