How to Add a Customer to a POS Transaction

Step 1: Navigate to the Customer Search Field on the POS.

Step 2: Type the customer's phone number, name, or email address to search.

Step 3: When the customer appears in the dropdown, click their row to add them to the transaction.

Benefits of adding a customer:

  • They earn loyalty points (if enabled).
  • The transaction is linked to their profile.
  • They receive a digital receipt (if opted in for marketing).
  • Their name and current loyalty points are printed on the receipt.

The customer's name will appear in a box at the bottom right of the screen.
